Zeta Core (the "Company") respects the privacy of global users and strives to comply with international data protection standards including GDPR and CCPA. Key information collected includes: 1. Registration and Login: Email address, name, profile photo, etc. (via Supabase social login) 2. Payment Information: Processed by our payment processor (Polar). The Company does not directly collect or store financial information such as credit card details. 3. Service Usage: Device info, IP address, cookies and access logs. Conversation logs are not stored on Company servers; user prompts are sent directly to external AI APIs for response generation.
To provide a global service, user data may be transferred to, stored, and processed by servers and third-party providers located outside the user's country of residence. - Authentication & DB (Supabase): Account information storage (secured) - Payments (Polar): Subscription renewal and payment receipt processing (Polar acts as Merchant of Record for taxes and payment data) - AI Providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.): User prompts are sent for response generation; personally identifiable information (name, email, etc.) is not included. Each AI provider processes data per its own privacy policy.
Under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable laws, users in relevant regions may exercise the following rights: 1. Right to access, rectify, erase (right to be forgotten), and restrict processing 2. Right to data portability 3. Right to object to automated decision-making and profiling Users may exercise these rights via the "Delete Account" option in account settings or by contacting customer support.
The Company retains essential data only for the duration of the account. Upon account deletion or request, data is destroyed promptly and irreversibly. Minimal payment history data required for fraud prevention and legal obligations may be retained for the period prescribed by applicable law.
This Service is not directed at children under 14 (or the applicable digital age of consent in the user's country, e.g., 16 in the EU). The Company does not intentionally collect personal information from such children.
