Subscription Terms

Article 1 (Purpose and Payment Entity)

These Subscription Terms govern the payment, cancellation, and refund policies for the PRO plan offered by Zeta Core (the "Company"). All payment processing, billing, tax collection (VAT, Sales Tax, etc.) and subscription management is handled exclusively through our official payment processor (Merchant of Record), Polar.

Article 2 (Billing, Renewal, and Taxes)

1. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis and are billed each month as long as a valid payment method is on file. 2. The displayed subscription price may be subject to additional VAT, sales tax, or other local taxes depending on the user's country or region, applied at checkout. 3. Exchange rates are determined by Polar or the user's card issuer; any conversion fees are borne by the user. 4. Upon successful payment, 10,000 credits are immediately credited. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month.

Article 3 (Cancellation)

1. Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the "Settings" menu. 2. After cancellation, PRO benefits and remaining credits remain available until the end of the current billing period (the day before the next billing date). The account reverts to the FREE plan after expiry.

Article 4 (Refund Policy and EU/UK Right of Withdrawal)

1. [General No-Refund Policy] Due to the nature of digital content (credit allocation), partial or pro-rated refunds for the current month's subscription are not provided once payment is complete and delivery has begun. 2. [Full Refund for Unused Credits] A full refund may be requested within 7 days of payment if no AI model calls (credit deductions) have occurred. 3. [System Errors] Full refunds are provided for erroneous charges due to clear technical issues such as double billing or significant service failures. 4. [14-Day Right of Withdrawal for EU/UK Residents] EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable law. However, since credits are immediately allocated and digital content delivery begins upon PRO plan payment, you expressly agree that you lose this right of withdrawal at the time of payment.

Article 5 (Price Changes)

The Company may change subscription pricing in the future. In the event of a price increase, notice will be provided at least 30 days in advance by email. Users who do not wish to accept the new price may cancel their subscription. Failure to cancel constitutes acceptance of the new price upon renewal.
