These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Zeta Core (the "Company") and users worldwide in connection with the use of the AI chatbot service (the "Service") provided by the Company. Due to the global nature of the Service, mandatory laws of the country where the user resides may take precedence over these Terms.
The Service is intended for users aged 14 or older (16 or older for EU residents, or the applicable digital age of consent in the relevant country). Users below the applicable age may not use the Service without parental or guardian consent.
1. "Service": All AI chatbot software and related web services provided by the Company. 2. "Credits": Virtual units used to invoke AI models within the Service. 1–25 credits are consumed per model call depending on the model. 3. "FREE Plan": 500 credits per month, reset each month. 4. "PRO Plan": 10,000 credits per month, available with a paid subscription. Subscription, payment, cancellation, refund details are governed by the Subscription Terms.
1. Users must comply with the laws and export control regulations of their country of residence. Access may be restricted for users residing in embargoed countries or listed on sanctions lists. 2. Users must not use the Service for purposes prohibited by the Company, including infringing on others' rights, sending spam, distributing malware, or generating illegal content.
1. [AS-IS Provision] The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Company disclaims all express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 2. [Limitations of AI Output] Answers provided by AI models within the Service may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness thereof. Always consult professionals before making important decisions (medical, legal, financial, etc.). 3. [Limitation of Liability] To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive damages or loss of profits arising from use of the Service. In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service in the past 12 months.
Intellectual property rights in works created by the Company within the Service belong to the Company. Rights in user inputs (prompts) and AI-generated outputs are governed by applicable law and the terms of each external AI provider (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.), and users may use them for lawful purposes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's country of residence may take precedence. Disputes between the Company and users shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea or relevant international dispute resolution bodies.
